Made from 100% Carricante grapes, which are grown on the slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily, Italy. The grapes are carefully selected and harvested by hand before being fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in oak barrels for at least 12 months.
The Passopisciaro Passobianco Etna Bianco is of pale straw yellow colour, with aromas of citrus fruit, such as lemon and grapefruit, along with notes of white flowers and herbs. On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-balanced, with a flavour profile that includes citrus fruit, mineral undertones, and a subtle hint of oak. The wine has a lively acidity and a long and satisfying finish.
The Passopisciaro Passobianco Etna Bianco pairs well with seafood dishes, such as grilled fish, shellfish, or pasta dishes with a light cream sauce.
