Located in the famed Stags Leap District AVA within Napa Valley, Stags' Leap Winery is a great value proposition. The wines are perfectly balanced with bold flavours. Cabernet Sauvignon is the main star of the AVA, but Stags' Leap Winery does a mean Petite Sirah. This is a wonderous wine not to be missed especially if you are new to this varietal. It is not related to Syrah/Shiraz by the way.
