The grapes used to produce the C.V.N.E. Monopole Reserva Blanco Seco (Clásico) are harvested from the Villalba de Rioja vineyard, over 5 hectares planted in calcareous soils 15 years ago with an east-facing aspect. The vines are trellis-trained at an altitude of over 600 metres to offer protection from the prevailing winds.
The colour reveals a bright golden yellow hue. The nose unveils great aromatic complexity with varied aromas of dried fruits such as apple, pear and apricot, accompanied by orange zest, pastry notes, honey, almonds and mineral touches. On the palate, the C.V.N.E. Monopole Reserva Blanco Seco (Clásico) charms with its finesse and elegance, showing saline notes. It is fresh and dry with a well-balanced light acidity. The finish is long and pleasant with notable persistence.
