    A blend of Tempranillo, Graciano, Mazuelo and Garnacha.

    Made from grapes handpicked from over 40 year old vineyards in Villalba, Briones and Torremontalvo, the C.V.N.E. Imperial Rioja Reserva displays an intense garnet colour with bright reddish highlights. The nose reveals fine aromatic complexity with notes of wild red berries, notably blackberries and raspberries. Aromas of licorice and sweet spices blend harmoniously with subtle balsamic and cocoa touches. On the palate, the C.V.N.E. Imperial Rioja Reserva charms with its silky, elegant mouthfeel. Fine, velvety tannins bring structure and refinement without overpowering. The finish lingers with persistence, allowing fruity notes to shine through, supported by a pleasant freshness.
