BP2 is the name of the land parcel from which the grenache grapes are harvested. The land consists of clay loam soil with calcareous characteristics. The resulting wine is fresh and light on the palate with a beautiful mix of red and black fruits. The Mendall Espartal BP-2 underwent ageing in stainless steel tanks before spending time in terracotta amphora.
