A blend of Cariñena and Garnacha, the Franck Massard Huellas is fermented in stainless steel with selected yeasts and matured in 500-liter oak barrels for one year. You can feel the freshness of the place and the subtleness of the nose hints at a serious and balanced wine showing good integration of the different grapes, classic slate flavors and texture that would take you to the slopes of Priorat. This is not a dense, powerful wine rather it's more elegant and subtle than most, and is quite approachable now.
