"A lively, vibrant bouquet of peony, red berries, cassis, violet, flowers and garrigue preface the 2022 Les Cassanets from Julien Masquin, a medium to full-bodied, juicy and enrobing, charming and supple Châteauneuf-du-Pape with velvety tannins and a long, ethereal finish inflected with dark berries. This 100% Grenache Noir was derived from vines planted on safre soils from lieu-dit Les Cassanets and was matured for 18 months in large barrels.
