A blend of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

The Arzuaga Navarro Crianza is clean and bright, showing dark cherry and purple flashes. The wine has an extraordinary nose, intensely aromatic and dominated by mature forest fruits, purple flowers, balsamic, and a caramelized background. The Arzuaga Navarro Crianza feels broad and round in the mouth, with a velvety feeling that gives us a great and smart length. It is a faithful memory of a complex nose.

The Arzuaga Crianza is a great introduction to the classic Arzuaga Navarro style. This is a blend of around 90% Tempranillo and 10% from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The fruits come from some of the oldest blocks within the La Planta vineyard and from contracted grape growers. The wine shows a combination of red and black fruits and a voluptuous palate typical of Ribera del Duero. 16 months in oak barrels give this wine an added vanilla-like texture and helps soften the tannins.
