Important Note: These bottles come from our private collector's cellar in professional storage. They are in 375ml format.

"Closest to liquid gold": Taste and Pleasure. Almonds, mango roasted nut, prunes, apricot, peach, acacia honey, vanilla and rose petals…. The list of possible associations is by no means exhausted. The balance in the almost fat elixir is phenomenal thanks to the unsettled battle between 323 g. residual sugar / l., as much as 7.7 g. tartaric acid / l. and minerals from the earth's gypsum and marl.
The yeast only reached 6.5 percent alcohol before succumbing to the supremacy of sugar and acid. Durability? "God only knows" says Domaine Zind-Humbrecht owner / winemaker Olivier Humbrecht himself, but it is at least a large group of decades, probably even longer.
