The Trimbach Riesling is clear and intense on the nose, coming along as a dry, fresh and well-structured classic Alsace Riesling with lingering grip and a crisp finish. The wine is dry, has finesse and a straight but elegant character with a good fruit intensity and a lingering salinity.
