    The Senkin Modern Muku is made using Yamadanishiki rice grown near the brewery in Tochigi. Intense perfumes of ripe fruits such as peach & pear, luscious texture, a juicy sweetness & a large flavor profile with a long finish.

    Founded in 1806, Senkin is the oldest brewery in Tochigi. The President, Kazuki Usui's motto of "New meets Old" has led Senkin to stay ahead of the competition using modern methods while retaining traditional practices.
