Jeb DunnuckThe Pirramimma Stock's Hill Cabernet Sauvignon was from mature vines that have consistently produced the highest quality fruit. Deep brick red in colour, this wine shows lifted Cabernet fruit combined with complex barrel characteristics. The palate shows rich blackcurrant fruit flavour with a firm yet smooth tannin finish. Prior to bottling, maturation was completed in our naturally cooled rammed-earth warehouse.
