Appellation: Ahr Valley
Spatburgunder is a German word that translates to Late Burgundian and refers to Pinot Noir.
The Meyer-Nakel Spatburgunder has a bright ruby red colour. The nose shows notes of violets, strawberries, ripe forest berries and a touch of caramel. On the palate, the Meyer-Nakel Spatburgunder is structured and balanced with acidity and tannins on a smooth body. The wine has an elegant finish.
