Made 100% from Koshu, a Japanese indigenous grape by Lumiere Winery, established in 1885 in the Yamanashi Prefecture well known for high mountains including Mount Fuji.

The Lumiere Sparkling Koshu is pale yellow in colour with fine and elegant bubbles. It has an elegant nose with hints of acacia flowers, citrus and green apples. On the palate, the wine is delicate and fruity showing representative Koshu characteristics with well-integrated acidity.
