The Lawson's Dry Hills Reserve Pinot Noir is produced from Lawson's Dry Hills Waihopai Valley vineyard and the adjacent Barnsley vineyard. These two sites grow beautiful parcels of fruit that produce expressive wines with depth and finesse. The Lawson's Dry Hills Reserve Pinot Noir is richly aromatic, showing ripe red berry and cherry characters, complemented by sweet, spicy oak notes. The palate is opulent with soft ripe tannins and great concentration that together produce a powerful, elegant wine.

“Black-cherry, ripe-strawberry and dark-bark aromas follow through to a medium to full body with juicy fruit and firm and racy tannins extending through the center palate. Rather fruit-forward style with a hint of new wood.” – James Suckling, 92 Points
