    The Kitajima Biwako-no-Kujira is a very special and strong Namazake Genshu (unpasteurized, no added water). Its name can be translated as “the whale in the Biwa lake”. Whales in biwako? ! Of course not. impossible. Kitajima Biwako-no-Kujira was named because it was an incredibly delicious drink. Strong sake with 20% alcohol. Enjoy on the rocks.
