To Commemorate Mount Fuji, the highest peak in Japan, getting added to the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List in 2013, Suntory released this special edition - Hibiki Fujisan (Mount Fuji /富士山). Limited to 2000 bottles and scheduled for release only in Japan, the sheer understated beauty of the bottle almost resists opening.
Created in 1989, demand for the Hibiki blends increased after the brand's appearance in the movie Lost in Translation. The bottle features 24 facets representing the 24 seasons of the Japanese lunar calendar set against a painting of Mount Fuji at sunset.
Finish: Sweet ginger, cinnamon, long finish.
