The Glenfiddich 21 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is finished in casks used previously to age Caribbean Rum. On the nose, barley sugar, malt, dark brown sugar, orange peels, marmalade, manuka honey, chocolate and bananas is present. The whisky has a full palate of fruitcake, spices and buttery vanilla, which leads on to a long finish.
