Didier Delagrange Hautes-Cotes de Beaune Rouge 2021

Winery: Domaine henri delagrange
Country: France
Region: Burgundy
Body: Medium full
Varietal: Pinot noir

100% Pinot Noir from the sloping hillsides just west of Beaune. The Didier Delagrange Hautes-Cotes de Beaune AOP Rouge is absolutely gorgeous right out of the bottle. Fragrant aromas of red berries and violets are evident. On the palate, bright notes of cherry and raspberry are followed by leather, spice, mineral and tea. The wine has very nice length with a hint of cedar, vibrant acidity, and soft velvety tannins. The Didier Delagrange Hautes-Cotes de Beaune Rouge is wonderfully balanced and excellent purity of fruit make this wine an absolute steal. This wine is delectable to drink now but can be cellared for another 3-5 years.
