A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
The Chateau Boutisse Saint-Emilion Grand Cru has a deep garnet colour, to the nose with spices of cinnamon, cloves, star anise and nutmeg, mocha, grilled bread, caramel finish. Velvety with elegant tannins to the palate. Best paired with red meat, wild game, leg of lamb and strong cheeses.
