From D.O. Jumilla (Murcia region)
A blend of Monastrell (Mourvedre) and Garnacha (Grenache), the Bodega Cerron Remordimiento Tinto comes from a selection of vineyards planted mostly on calcareous soils and lying between 840 and 900 metres above sea level. These are 25-50 year old vines that are ecologically cultivated and certified as such. The yields are very low and the harvest is carried out manually at the optimum point of ripeness.
The Bodega Cerron Remordimiento Tinto shows the elegance of which Monastrell is capable, from the Mediterranean influence on the south-facing vineyards. It has an approachable red fruit character, alongside hints of aromatic herbs. Balanced and smooth on the palate, the flavours are pure and refined, with mineral hints. The Bodega Cerron Remordimiento Tinto represents perfectly the style of the village of origin and its landscape.
The Bodega Cerron Remordimiento Tinto is a biodynamic wine.
