The Amelia Park Reserve Chardonnay comes from the winery's best parcel of 100% chardonnay gin gin clone. Hand picked from Amelia Park's estate, whole bunch pressed and wild fermented in French oak puncheons. The Amelia Park Reserve Chardonnay shows a beautiful array of tropical fruits, nashi pear, nectarine and oyster shell characters. The palate is filled with citrus, lime and a persistent line of acidity. Matured on lees for nine months with regular baronage to build complexity. Beautiful and elegant, the wine drinks beautifully now or can be cellared for the long term.
