Made from 3 Chardonnay parcels of Gin Gin, Davis and Dijon clones in the Wilyabrup subregion. The Amelia Park Chardonnay is wild fermented in French oak for nine months. It is wonderfully fragrant revealing white peach, fig and jasmine with nutty honey nougat and stoney minerality. The palate is supported by a long line of delicate acidity. The wine drinks beautifully now and will benefit from cellaring.
