Perlage is fine and abundant, while the colour is straw-yellow with golden reflections. The aroma is intense, rich in aromatic scents – in particular, it reminds to the orange blossom, peach and apricot – in perfect balance with the low alcohol percentage and the acidity, never very high, which gives the Marchesi di Barolo Moscato dÁsti Zagara a pleasant freshness. Sweet and aromatic wine well combined with desserts at the end of a meal and the classic nougat with hazelnuts.
