In today’s short video (3m 57s), Edward Tomlinson, winemaker and CEO of early Margaret River pioneer Lenton Brae Wines, shares the secrets for making a great cabernet and why Margaret River has a strong affinity with this varietal. Lenton Brae is located in the premium sub region of Wilyabrup within Margaret River and is also one of the early producers of the Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blend in Australia, now considered to be a defining white wine from Margaret River.
