The Viviani Amarone della Valpolicella Classico has a ruby red colour. The nose is lively with great finesse, capturing sweet sensations of dried plum, blueberry jam, cherry liqueur perfectly integrated with complex aromas of dried flowers, cedar, licorice, vanilla, and tamarindo. The power of alcohol is supported by the smooth taste of the structure, but sweet tannins and freshness together with the right help to balance the wine, however, thick and pulpy. The finish is intense, round and endless persistence.
