The Ca' Dei Zago Prosecco Col Fondo is straw yellow in colour with fine effervescence. Inviting scents of ripe orchard fruit, citrus, bread crust, Alpine herb and a whiff of crushed stone on the nose. The refreshing frothy palate delivers lime, tangerine zest, green apple and a hint of lemon drop alongside bright acidity. A mineral note backs up the finish of the Ca' Dei Zago Prosecco Col Fondo.
This is a very vigorous Pet Nat! Make sure the bottle is VERY WELL CHILLED before serving as this will lower the chance of overflow on opening!
