The 'Climat' les Combettes is located just South of the Meursault Charmes, protected by the hamlet of Blagny to the West. This Coudray Bizot Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Combettes hailing from a stony limestone terroir, carries a rounder body (classic Meursault) mixed with racy mineralities (classic Pugliny). With 3/4 of vines more than 80 years old and 1/4 replanted during the 1990's, these old vines offer a wine that showcases more concentration, complexity and depth on the mid palate. Les Combettes' is nowadays classified as Premier Cru.
