The Tohoku Region in the northern part of Japan creates some of the most floral sakes with intense fruit aromas, and Toko represents this perfectly. Founded in 1597, Toko producer Kojima Sohonten Co. Ltd is one of the oldest breweries in Yamagata still in operation.
The Toko Junmai Daiginjo Shizuku possesses powerful and pristine aromas of soft melon, pear, hints of green grass. Big and juicy on the palate with a velvety texture and soft umami. The sake finishes deep, long and elegant.
