The Chateau Roubine La Vie en Rose has a beautiful light salmon pink colour with grey reflection. The nose shows aromas of fresh grass clippings and grapevine flower. The palate is endowed with finesse and a roundness. A crisp note at the back reminds one of candies with aniseed hints, fennels or berlingots of Carpentras.
Ideal as an aperitif, but also as a companion with fish.
