The M Chapoutier Gigondas Les Jocasses Rouge has a very intense, beautiful ruby red hue. The nose is powerful and shows great finesse. The alternation of strawberry jam aromas and spicy/peppery notes creates a very pleasant bouquet. On the palate, the M Chapoutier Gigondas Les Jocasses Rouge shows dark fruits on entry, then spicy (pepper) notes follow. The wine displays a superb tannic structure and lovely long-lingering flavours.

A profuse nose of savory green peppercorn and granite is wrapped by smoked ripe strawberry and cassis. The wine is linear and massive with persistent tannins but is balanced by a wave of acidity.
