A blend of Sangiovese and Prugnolo Gentile (a local strain of Sangiovese grape around the town of Montalcino).

Salmon, petal like with orange reflections colour, with aromas of sliced peaches, flowers, stones and chalk. The Casanova Della Spinetta Rose is very complex with full body and round yet agile and dynamic intensity, salty, linear, energetic backbone of acidity, great structure and lovely finish. Best paired with poultry, fish and any type of appetizer.
