    The Fitz Pink has a beautiful, vibrant raspberry pink colour. On the nose, luscious confected strawberry aromas with some floral notes are present. The palate is dry and full of wild strawberry, redcurrant and rhubarb flavours. The Fitz Pink has a fine and persistent mousse with great depth and complexity. It shows great balance and a clean crisp finish with good length.
