Made from grapes harvested in nine different parcels across all five CNDP communes - Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Courthezon, Sorgues, Bedarrides, and Orange - this Rotem & Mounir Saouma Chateauneuf du Pape wine is aptly named "Omnia," meaning "all." The wine is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, aged for 18 months without racking and without added sulphur. Each sip is a testament to the diverse terroirs of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, expertly expressed in a single, professionally crafted cuvée.
"An ethereal red, with beautiful energy in spite of its power. Ripe cherry and kirsch wrap around a spine of iron and a sanguine thread of smoke and meat. Grilled cedar and mesquite smoke layer in, with very refined tannins guiding the very long and complex finish. Savory and racy, with impressive elegance. Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre." - Wine Spectator, 94 points
