The Viviani Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso is ruby red in colour. The has a nose of ripe fruit with hints of cherry and plum. On the Palate, the Vivani Ripasso Classico Superiore is dry, warm, soft, tannic with a good flavour. It has the aromatic scents typical of Amarone due to technical "ripasso".
