The Gramona Cava Celler Batlle is straw yellow in colour, with new golden reflections. The nose tells of ripe and fresh white fruit, mixed in with aromatic herbs, pine, oak moss, vanilla, puff pastry, pudding, nuts, toffee, pralime and dried apricots. The palate is very welcoming and balanced, with fine bubbles and a creamy texture that confirms the maturity and long aging the wine has gone through. The mineral notes stand out, giving structure to the wine.
The Gramona Cava Celler Batlle has a long finish with lingering hints of fruit.
