The Clover Hill Blanc de Blancs displays colours of light straw with green hues. On the nose, the wine exhibits citrus, white peach and green apple with hints of sea spray and toasted bread characters. On the palate, the Clover Hill Blanc de Blancs has a rich and creamy texture with a delicate but persistent crisp acid backbone that drives the wine to what seems to be an everlasting finish.
