The regional characters of the Pyrenees are a key component of the Taltarni Shiraz, which is complemented by other Victorian cool climate vineyard sites.
Inspired by the environment in which the fruit is grown, the Taltarni Shiraz has been crafted in a fresher, more fruit-forward style with fewer tannins than the traditional Taltarni Old Vine Shiraz. The wine is rich and vibrant, displaying a complex palate with wonderful depth of flavours and supporting tannins that allow for a great finish.
