The Amrut Old Port Rum is distilled, aged and bottled in Bangalore, India using 100% Indian cane sugar. It received an excellent score of 91 points at the Ultimate Spirits Competition in 2014.
On the nose, fallen starfruit and banana chew, guanabana, asiago rind, and dried lime. The palate displays vanilla, caramel chew and dried cherries, orange flower water and Cheetos, chocolate wafer cookie, and spumoni. The Amrut Old Port Rum is a sweet and candied rum with a hint of funk.
