Pale straw in colour with a green hue. The Yalumba Y Series Unwooded Chardonnay greets you with a rich aroma of freshly roasted cashew nuts and clotted cream as well as a hint of flinty complexity. The palate shows zesty freshness, there is a tight acid drive that is complimented by the complexity arising from lees stirring and wild ferment. The wine is textural and finishes fresh and long.
