100% Macabeo (90% from La Plana vineyard and 10% from Abeurador vineyard).
The Mendall Terme de Guiu La Plana Blanc cuvee is created to show a fresher take on the Macabeo. The La Plana vines are of a younger age of around 10 years old compared to those at Abeurador which are around 45 years old. The 90-10 mix translates to a brighter, vibrant style of Mendall Macabeo that can be enjoyed as an aperitif or enjoyed with crustaceans.
