The Chateau Ste Michelle Cold Creek Cabernet Sauvignon is unabashedly powerful with a masculine structure. Black cherry flavours are in abundance as are chocolatey notes. This richly concentrated wine is great with a host of meats and hearty dishes. Of course, there’s no reason not to if you plan to drink it on its own. The winemaking team performed daily gentle pumpovers and frequent racking during barrel ageing to soften the tannins and enhance the mouthfeel. Just let the wine breathe for 20 to 30 mins in the opened bottle and you are good to go.
