The Tommasi Rafaèl Valpolicella Classico Superiore is made using traditional Italian methods. It hails from the Valpolicella region in the Veneto area of northeastern Italy, where the winery has its roots dating back to 1902. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 12 to 14 months, which brings out the fruity and spicy notes of the grapes. With its rich ruby colour, medium body, and delicate tannins, the Tommasi Rafaèl Valpolicella Classico Superiore is a perfect accompaniment to red meat dishes and aged cheese plates.
