The Olivier Leflaive Pommard Rouge's fruity nose opens with blackberry, blackcurrant, cherry. The body is full and generous with a very beautiful tannic and persistent structure.
"This is graceful and racy, its black cherry and blackberry fruit driven by bracing acidity. Dusty, mouthcoating tannins are present too, however this red has the requisite fruit to develop over the next decade or two. Crisp finish. Best from 2024 through 2036. 50 cases imported." - Wine Spectator, 92 points
