Pinot Blanc and Pinot Meunier were picked from vineyards in the Barossa Valley. The Yetti and the Kokonut Pet Nat was bottled before fermentation finished with a healthy amount of sugar for the wild yeasts to chow down on and get some fizz action happening.
This is a very vigorous Pet Nat! Make sure the bottle is VERY WELL CHILLED before serving as this will lower the chance of overflow on opening!
