A blend of Parellada, Xarel.lo, Macabeo and Chardonnay. Straw yellow with green shades. Excellent transparency and fluidity. Presence of fine bubble chains and a persistent crown on top of the wine. Bright aromas with slight suggestions of yeast due to its two year second fermentation. Soft, fine and elegant with a very pleasant dry and prolonged aftertaste. The Sumarroca Cava Brut Reserva is ideal as an aperitif with all kinds of small dishes (tapas) and entrées. As accompaniment of white meats, poultry dishes, fish and seafood. Serve well chilled at 8° - 10 ° C.
