Schild Estate Ben Schild Shiraz

Deep, dark purple in colour, this wine displays an intense creamy perfume of lifted violets and blue fruits. Vibrant fruit flavours of blueberry crumble and dark plums show clearly in the mouth along with hints of restrained black pepper spice and cardamom. These are framed by a fine soft tannin framework which provides structure and direction before finishing with notes of lifted fruit perfume and a hint of well integrated oak.
