Garnet red colour of notable intensity and depth, the Michele Chiarlo Tortoniano Barolo Riserva DOCG has ample, ethereal and highly complex aromas. Its rich bouquet contains marked notes of liquorice, sweet tobacco,woodland fruit and with hints of black prune jam. The wine has an enveloping, great structure with a remarkably long lasting. Endowed with a pleasing weave of sweet and dense tannins. Its aftertaste confirms the olfactory sensations, bestowing a pleasing persistence on the palate.
