The largest production wine, which is always Semillon dominant. The Sauvignon Blanc component is sourced from the Higher Plane vineyard whilst the Semillon component comes from the Metricup vineyard. Lees are stirred regularly to impart texture, and according to vintage, a small amount of the Semillon may be barrel fermented. The Juniper Crossing Semillon Sauvignon is pungent, aromatic showing passionfruit, gooseberry and citrus blossom, juicy and crisp avoiding herbal/grassy characters. Similar to the white wines of Graves such as Château Des Perligues.
