Grant Burge The Holy Trinity Grenache Shiraz Mourvedre

VINTAGE: 2013
WINERY:Grant burge wines
COUNTRY: Australia
REGION: Barossa Valley
BODY:Full
VARIETAL:Grenache / garnacha & blends
The colour of this wine is crimson red with dark hues. The nose is alive with rose petal and lavender characters, sweet spice and white pepper, with hints of dried herbs, and pleasant sweet strawberry Grenache aromas. The palate is complex with soft, round savoury and spice characters from the extended maceration, Grenache berry flavours and a hint of quince paste, with a good length and soft tannin finish. It is a luscious, well balanced wine which is drinking well now, and will also cellar well for the next 10 years or more. The Holy Trinity is ideal with duck and other gamey meat dishes.
